Webpage Design and Content Development Agricultural Trade Office, U.S. Embassy Tokyo, Japan The Regional Procurement Support Office in Frankfurt, Germany, intends to issue a Firm Fixed-Price Contract during the third quarter of calendar year 2020. The Agricultural Trade Office (ATO) of the U.S. Embassy, Tokyo, Japan seeks a contractor to re-design, build, populate, and curate a consumer-facing Japanese-language ATO website, MyFood.jp and to significantly increase website traffic and visitor engagement. This website exists to increase familiarity and confidence of Japanese consumers in U.S. food products and improve the image of U.S. food. In particular, the Contractor will be expected to: Design a new, more compelling MyFood.jp website; Convert existing content to be carried on the new MyFood.jp page; Create new content on a regular basis; Create and administer minimum of two associated social media accounts (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and/or Line) to attract visitors to MyFood.jp; Curate content on an ongoing basis for all of these digital platforms; Prepare monthly reports on website and social media account traffic, as well as an in-depth quarterly assessment for the ATO website visitor behavior, content optimization and insights into preferences of Japanese consumers based on MyFood.jp consumption patterns.
