Shimr... Legal Services, US Embassy Jerusalem, Israel This is a pre-solicitation notice of intent to award a sole source contract. The Department of State intends to award a sole source contract to E. S. Shimron, I. Molho, Persky & Co. located in Jerusalem, Israel. The labor-hour contract will provide for legal services required for the U.S. Government to acquire real property in Israel. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, the government has determined that Shimron, Molho, Persky & Co. is the only responsible source that is able to provide the US Embassy Jerusalem’s requirement for legal services. This is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency. Interested sources must respond in writing with clear and convincing evidence to support their ability to provide the required supplies/services within fifteen (15) days of this publication. Sub-contracting will not be authorized for this requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete this action based on responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government.
