PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE Solicitation No. 19GE5020R0053 The American Consulate General Frankfurt hereby provides the following Pre-solicitation Notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for: Private Medical Insurance for Locally Employed Staff, US Embassy London, UK The solicitation may result in the award of an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for one Base and four Option Years.
