The Seller confirms to have sourced all products submitted in this Bid from manufacturer-approved channels for Federal sales, in accordance with all applicable laws and manufacturer’s current applicable policies at the time of purchase. Seller must be able to support both the product sale and product pricing, in accordance with applicable manufacturer certification / specialization requirements. If software is provided or included, Seller shall, upon request, provide Buyer with a copy of the End User License Agreement. Seller certifies that all software is licensed originally to Buyer as the original licensee authorized to use the software. All bid prices must include shipping FOB Destination. PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE Solicitation No.: 19GE50-20-R-0017 The American Consulate General, Frankfurt provides the following Pre-Solicitation Notice regarding the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for: Construction Services – Brasilia, Brazil Construction of the Chief of Mission Residence Representational Area Expansion. The Regional Procurement Support Office in Frankfurt, Germany, intends to issue a Firm Fixed-Price Construction Type Contract during the first quarter of calendar year 2020. The successful contractor shall provide complete construction services, contract coordination, and supervision, including but not limited to the management and construction necessary to meet the requirements of this contract within the established timeframe. The work includes among other construction activities: The Representational Area Expansion has been designed as a continuity of the veranda’s expansion, as a one-story building that has: - Barbecue place; - Representational area salon; - Restrooms and waiting area; - Storage, technical room and lockable storage; - Industrial kitchen for catering and pantry. An independent services block, connected to the main expansion through a concrete slab, has also been designed to host services from the existing house: - Staff break room; - Staff restrooms.
