See attached combined Synopsis / solicitation 19GE5020Q0033 Ladies and Gentlemen, The Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) Frankfurt would like to invite your company to submit a proposal for the Delivery of new emergency rescue tools (Halligan Tool and Battering Ram). The complete proposal shall be submitted by e-mail with the subject line "Proposal 19GE5020Q0033” on or before July 20, 2020, 15:00 CET, to PerezAcevedoA@state.gov. No proposals will be accepted after the time indicated above. Please note: a. All communication and the award documents shall be in English. b.
