PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE 19GE5020Q0023 The American Consulate General Frankfurt hereby provides the following Pre-solicitation Notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Quote (RFQ) for: Preventive Maintenance of three Chillers at the US Embassy London, UK The solicitation may result in the award of a Firm Fixed Price contract for one Base and four Option Years. The United States Embassy in London requires professional services to perform preventive maintenance services of the facility’s Chillers (Water Cooled, Air Cooled and Modular). The successful contractor shall provide labor, tools and materials required to carry out all preventive maintenance services on the following equipment located at the US Embassy London: Equipment Manufacturer Capacity Maglec chillers skid Multistack 800 tons cooling DHRM chiller skid Multistack 250 cooling ACPM chiller skid Airstack Companies interested in the solicitation shall express their interest by written correspondence via email to the addresses Jacobsenw@state.gov and FrankfurtRPSO@state.gov, not later than May 6, 2020 using the solicitation number 19GE5020Q0023 in the subject line. The solicitation will not be posted in Beta.sam. Only companies submitting a letter of interest shall receive a copy of the solicitation package when available. DO NOT TELEPHONE. All requests for a copy of the solicitation MUST include the following information: Name of Firm, DUNS number, Name, Telephone Number and Email Address of Point of Contact and Complete Physical and Mailing Address of Firm. The solicitation package will only be available in the English language. Solicitation and award will be subject to the federal procurement laws and regulations of the United States of America.
