The Regional Procurement Support Office, Frankfurt provides the following Pre-Solicitation Notice regarding the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for: Digital Marketing Platform and Branding Strategy Foreign Agricultural Service, U.S. Embassy Bucharest, Romania The Regional Procurement Support Office in Frankfurt, Germany, intends to issue a Firm Fixed-Price Contract during the second quarter of calendar year 2021. The Foreign Agricultural Service (FAS) Bucharest seeks a contractor (public relations or communications agency) with the demonstrated ability to both implement successful information and marketing campaigns and to develop a digital marketing platform in the Romanian language consisting of a webpage and social media sites to be used to promote U.S. foods, beverages, food processing ingredients, fish and seafood, agriculture, and agricultural products in Romania. The successful offeror must have a deep understanding of the Romanian culture and consumer tastes and preferences, as well as of current and future trends on the Romanian food market.
