The U.S. Consulate General Frankfurt has a requirement for Architectural and engineering services for a survey and report to: evaluate the structural, mechanical, electrical, sprinkler, and civil systems of a one-storey building assess compliance with local (German) and U.S. building codes. conduct a feasibility study, comparing multiple options for the building’s future. Estimated cost of the survey and report BETWEEN $25,000 AND $100,000; The work is to be performed in the Dornbush area, in Frankfurt a.M., Germany. Firms responding to this announcement on or before closing date will be considered for selection using the following evaluation criteria in descending order of importance: Relevant Experience in Renovation and New Construction Projects Architectural and Engineering Experience Experience with German and U.S. Fire and Safety Codes Team Qualifications and Staff Availability Experience with Feasibility Studies and Highest and Best Use Analysis The Consulate will select for negotiation the licensed firm that demonstrates the best qualifications.
