This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation/contract will include all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05. Offers are due by Wednesday, April 1st , 2026, at 10:00 a.m., local time. All responsible sources may submit an offer that shall be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.
