The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. The purpose of this fixed price contract is to obtain construction services (relocation of gates in two government owned / lease properties). The Contractor shall perform services in the Chief of mission residence (CMR). The anticipated performance period is 25 business days. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference on Wednesday September 24, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. (local time) at the Sablière Compound and Quattro Residence.
