The Embassy is looking for a local ISP that provides a symmetrical internet connection (20Mbps) on Fiber, allowing upload and download data transfers simultaneously at the same speed, and a minimum of four public internet routable addresses from their IP table. This requires a masking block from subnet of /29. It shall not be filtered or blocked for any IPSEC ports or protocols. The service must be provided at the Chancery termination point. Please note that this is a this is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation/contract will include all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
