The Embassy of the United States in Gabon will launch the solicitation on BetaSAM website when it is available. The purpose of this requirement is to provide BME fuel System Maintenance services. The anticipated performance is for a base period of twelve months and 4 one-year periods at the option of the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The solicitation will be issued via local advertising/public posting as well as BetaSAM. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. All interested vendors are required to request a copy of the solicitation not later than May 15, 2020 at 1000. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
