This Request for Quotations (RFQ) is in support of the U.S. Department of State, Foreign Service Institute (FSI), School of Professional and Area Studies (SPAS), Orientation Division. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract in accordance with FAR Part 13. Award is all or none and will be made to the Offeror(s) that represents the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) basis. The successful Offeror will provide an off-site conference facility and lodging for training and professional development to personnel of the Department of State and the Foreign Service Institute as detailed in the Statement of Work (SOW). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 721110. This is a Small Business Set-Aside. This RFQ is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with Subpart 12.6 and the SOW, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This RFQ does not commit the Government to pay any cost incurred in the submission of offers or to award a contract. The Contracting Officer is the only individual who may legally commit the Government funds in connection with this acquisition. This RFQ is associated with previously issued RFI number 19FS1A22Q0011 - Off-Site Conference Facility and Lodging.
