The U.S. Embassy in Paris intends to issue an RFQ for liability insurance covering approximately 230 U.S. Government leased and owned apartments in France, with coverage from January 1 to December 31, 2027. The solicitation is not yet available and will be launched on SAM.gov when ready; the apartment list with locations and surfaces will be released separately only to companies that email ParisContracting@state.gov and are cleared by the Embassy Security Office. The contract may be awarded based on the initial offer without discussions and will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. Interested contractors must be registered in SAM prior to submitting an offer, and early registration is encouraged. Electronic responses will be allowed.
