The Embassy of the United States in Paris, France, is releasing a solicitation for Make Ready Janitorial services in leased or Government owned apartments in Paris and its vicinity. The Government intends to award the contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract under which task orders will be issued. The contract will be for one base year and two option years. The Government is planning a pre-solicitation conference, and the date will be confirmed when the package is released. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register at the earliest stage.
