The Embassy of the United States of America in Paris is releasing a request for quotation (RFQ) for the insurance of U.S. Government leased and owned apartments in France from January 1 to December 31, 2026. Please note that Attachment 1 - List of Apartments 2026 and Attachment 2 - Claims Statistics from 2022 to 2025 will not be posted on SAM.gov with the solicitation. They will only be released to the companies asking for them by email to ParisContracting@state.gov and after these companies have been cleared by the Embassy Security Office. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.2024-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals. The guidelines for registration in SAM are avaiable at: https://www.sam.gov.
