The Embassy of the United States in Paris, France, is releasing a solicitation for the Repair of rear facade corniche and gutter in a U.S Government Property located in Paris, France. The following attachments will be transmitted upon request : - Attachment 1 - Specifications - Scope of work - Attachment 2 - Drawings The Government intends to award the contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a fixed price contract. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register at the earliest stage.
