The bid due date for this solicitation is set on March 29, 2024 at 16:00 (local time). A pre-bid conference and a site visit are set on February 28, 2024 at 10:00am (local time). The Government intends to award the contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a fixed price contract.
