The Embassy of the United States in Paris, France, is releasing a solicitation for on-demand make-ready janitorial services for apartments in Paris and its vicinity. The bid due date for this solicitation is set on March 6, 2024 at 16:00 (local time) A pre-bid conference will be held on February 21, 2024 at 10:30am. The Government intends to award the contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be an Indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract for one base year and one option year. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register at the earliest stage.
