The Embassy of the United States in Paris, France is releasing a solicitation for the renovation of the local guard accommodation in Strasbourg Residence. The bid due date for this solicitation is set on March 1, 2024 at 16:00 (local time) A site visit will be held on February 21, 2024 at 10:00am (local time). The Government intends to award the contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a fixed price contract. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register at the earliest stage.
