The Embassy of the United States in Paris, France is issuing a solicitation for the supply and installation of office furniture for the offices at the U.S. Embassy Paris. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-quotation site visit and the date for this conference is in the solicitation.? The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals. The guidelines for registration in SAM are available at: https://www.sam.gov.
