Only companies specializing in this field of business with valid permits should apply for a solicitation package. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price contract for one year. The Embassy of the United States in Paris, France will launch this solicitation on the Federal Business Opportunities (Beta.Sam.gov) website on July 19, 2021. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 5.207.
