This Solicitation is for the Roof Gutter Replacement of the United States of America in Kolonia, FSM. This is a fixed price type contract. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://sam.gov/ prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are required to register prior to the submittal of proposals.
