Enclosed is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for a domestic water piper remodel at a U.S. Government owned property in Westend, Espoo, Finland. If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section J of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form that follows this letter. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. A pre-bid meeting will be held on Monday August 18, 2025, at 11:00 Finnish time. The exact location will be provided to the companies that have expressed interest in this project. Please provide company, name(s) of attendee(s), telephone and email address to HelsinkiProcurement@state.gov no later than August 14, 2025 at noon Finnish time. Quotations are due by Thursday August 28, 2025 at noon Finnish time. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Quotations must be in English and incomplete quotations will not be accepted.
