The U.S. Embassy in Prague seeks a contractor for the complete replacement of a 19-meter-long, 2.0-meter-high retaining wall between two government-owned residential properties in Prague 6, including demolition, new reinforced concrete foundations and wall, drainage and waterproofing, capping, new 80 cm fencing, and site restoration. The contractor must verify all field measurements and comply with Czech or U.S. standards, whichever is more stringent, while providing all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision under a firm fixed-price lump sum in CZK (with and without VAT). The period of performance shall not exceed 15 days from contract award, with work starting only after a Notice to Proceed, and the estimated project implementation window is autumn 2026. Contractors must be registered to do business in the Czech Republic and submit corporate, financial, and personnel information for Embassy review within 10 days of the Notice to Proceed. Work will be performed in Prague, with a mandatory site inspection and the detailed solicitation package available upon request.
