The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals. Interested and eligible bidders, who have renewed their license for the year 2024 should submit proposals electronically in two separate files, financial proposal and technical proposal that are signed and stamped on each page titled FINANCIAL /FINANCIAL DOCUMENT/ TECHNICAL / TECHNICAL DOCUMENT respectively. It is important to make sure the submission is made in specific size and format; in MS-Word 2007/2010 or MS-Excel 2007/2010 or Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format. The file size must not exceed 30MB. If the file size should exceed the 30MB, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 30MB each. Proposals are due by 17:00(local time) on March 5, 2024. Note: Mixed proposals (Financial and Technical) not separated in a different document will be disqualified.
