The U.S. Embassy, Addis Ababa has a requirement for a firm to provide VSAT dedicated bandwidth internet service. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered.The Government intends to award a contract resulting from a comparative evaluation selection process authorized under FAR 13 The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion.? The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. Anticipated performance is for one (01) base year period and four (04) year periods at the option of the U.S Government. The solicitation (SF1449), all attachments, and all amendments will be published for viewing and printing on the SAMbetaGOV website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the SAM.GOV website for the solicitation and any amendments to the solicitation. SAM registration is required pursuant to FAR provision 5.207, and prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals. The contractor shall furnish all managerial, administrative, direct labor personnel, materials and transportation that are necessary to accomplish all work required.
