The U.S. Government seeks quotations for High Density Detectors and intends to award a purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. Award may be based on initial quotations without discussions, though discussions may be held with companies in the competitive range if needed. Quotations must be in English and submitted electronically to grijalvaje@state.gov in MS Word/Excel 2007/2010 or PDF format, with files not exceeding 30MB and larger submissions split across separate emails. Required items include SF-1449 Section I, Pricing, Section 5 Representations and Certifications, additional Section 3 information, and proof of SAM registration.
