This is a Request for Quotations for Network Security Solutions to be performed at the International Law Enforcement Academy (ILEA) in San Salvador. The U.S. Government will award a contract based on best value using a tradeoff source selection process, considering technical factors and price as stated in the solicitation, not a low-price technically acceptable approach.
