The Public Diplomacy Section, U.S. Embassy San Salvador, seeks a qualified contractor to design, produce, and implement a comprehensive media campaign in support of the “250 Years of American Excellence” initiative. This 2026 campaign will commemorate the 250th anniversary of U.S. independence, highlight U.S. innovation and leadership, and reinforce the strong partnership between the United States and El Salvador. The selected contractor will be responsible for creating a high-impact campaign that uses both traditional and non-traditional advertising channels to reach diverse audiences across El Salvador. Services must be provided in Spanish. The contractor must be able to respond flexibly to urgent requests with minimal notice.
