Five (5) years of demonstrated experience as provider of IT equipment is required. Bidder must have demonstrated business experience providing products or services to government or non-governmental organizations. Bidder must have SAM registration (System for Award Management) is required. Bidder shall provide pictures reference for final approval. Bidder shall not quote any Chinese brand product or CLON (mixture of brand in the same equipment) because it will not be considered for this process, due to US Government acquisition regulations. DELIVERY INFORMATION Local vendor: Delivery address: The equipment will be delivered at the United States Embassy San Salvador Warehouse no later than 90 days after the process is awarded. For US and foreign vendors: The bidder shall provide the prices for Delivery at Place (DAP) El Salvador and be responsible to deliver the products to FINAL BOULEVARD SANTA ELENA, and liable for destination customs duties and taxes to release the order from El Salvador´s customs , no later than 90 days after the order was awarded. The bidder shall consolidate the entire shipment to prevent loss and misdirection. Partial shipments are not allowed, and paperwork must be provided in advance. The bidder must have a local partner to inspect the equipment upon arrival to country and replace any defective items at no additional cost to the US Government.
