To avoid loss and misdirection, the contractor must combine the entire shipment. Shipments in part are not permitted. Additional Considerations: • The bidder must include all costs (transportation, labor, equipment, tools, etc.) associated with assembling the items and delivering them to the end user location. • The boots, raincoats and lamps will be delivered within 60 working days of the contact award; the bidder must have it in stock. • The winning bidder must have a local partner to handle any quality, warranty, and replacement issues that may arise during our inspection. • The bidder must include photo references with their proposal so we can review them. 3.0 Inspection and acceptance criteria The government reserves the right to consider all available information concerning past performance in making a responsibility determination. The government reserves the option to make minor pricing adjustments during the evaluation process to take into consideration minor differences in the quality and value added offered to ensure a level playing field for low price determination of responsive/responsible offers.
