SCOPE OF SERVICES The Contractor shall deliver one SUV type vehicle to the U.S. Embassy Tallinn. Requirement is to buy back current vehicle 2019 Toyota Land Cruiser GXJR V8. To determine the buy back price, please contact TallinnGSOProcurement@state.gov to agree a time for the vehicle review. This is a firm fixed-price type of purchase order/contract. Payment term is 30 days after receipt of the vehicle. Embassy will not make any pre-payments. The price listed below shall include all labor, materials, overhead, profit, and transportation necessary to deliver the required items to the U.S. Embassy Tallinn. A passenger SUV vehicle with the following minimum salient characteristics/vehicle specification: The vehicle must be suitable for Nordic climate conditions. Must be at least a mid-size SUV. The color of the vehicle must be metallic black. Four-wheel drive/All-wheel drive minimum. Automatic transmission. Plug-in Hybrid, electric/gasoline. Charging station cable. Dark colored interior. Tinted rear windows. Heated seats (front and rear). Parking assistance. 360-degree parking assistance with rear camera. Electrically regulated mirrors with heating. 2-year factory warranty and at least 3-year dealership warranty. Cruise control. Radio with Bluetooth connection. Alarm. First aid kit. Warning triangle kit. LED Matrix Lighting. Maximum combined engine no less than 250kW. Include 4 winter-studded tires in addition to the standard set of tires. Must include mud flaps. Must include rubber floor mats. Must include wall box. NOTE: Any proposed vehicle that meets the above minimum salient specifications will be considered. Any vehicle that does not meet the minimum specifications above will be determined as not acceptable. The minimum warranty is 5 years. The vehicle manufacturer shall have a strong after sales service support/service dealers in Estonia. The vehicle spare parts shall be readily available in Estonia. The quoted product should be 100% technically compliant. Bidders are requested to mention in the proposal stock availability, lead time of delivery, and warranty period. Please provide information on the vehicle you offer as well as the detailed specifications sheet. Solicitation requirement is to buy back the current vehicle 2019 Toyota Land Cruiser GXJR V8. Any costs associated with the buyback are to be paid by the offeror.
