The U.S. Embassy in Tallinn, Estonia is seeking a contractor to provide Janitorial services for the U.S. Embassy Tallinn Chancery building. The Contractor shall furnish all managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel that are necessary to accomplish the work in this contract. The price listed below shall include all labor, materials, insurance (see FAR 52.228-4 and 52.228-5), overhead, and profit. The Government will pay the Contractor the fixed price per month for standard services.

Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The U.S. Embassy Tallinn will launch the solicitation on the SAM.GOV website when it is available. The anticipated performance period is for one (1) base year, with two (2) one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.
