The U.S. Embassy in Malabo, Equatorial Guinea invites vendors to submit a quotation for the Preventive Maintenance for its air-cooled chillers. The U.S. Government intends to award a one-year purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a purchase order based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. You are encouraged to make your quotation competitive. The RFQ does not commit the American Embassy to make any award. The Embassy may cancel this RFQ or any part of it. The Embassy may award multi contracts against this requirement and it reserves the right to reject proposals/quotations that are unreasonably low or high in price.
