The U.S. Embassy in Quito, Ecuador seeks to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for private transportation services to support official needs within and outside the city. Services will be provided on an as-needed basis, with no guaranteed minimum purchase. The government may award BPAs to one or more qualified providers based on initial quotations. Proposals must be submitted electronically by August 7, 2026, and questions are due by July 17, 2026. Performance of services will take place in and around Quito, Ecuador.
