The U.S. Consulate General Guayaquil has a requirement for gardening services for USG owned property in Guayaquil, Ecuador. The anticipated performance is for a base period of twelve months and four one-year periods at the option of the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The U.S. Consulate General Guayaquil will launch the solicitation on the beta.SAM.gov website when it is available. Please see the RFQ for the quotation due date and time. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The Government is planning a site visit and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
