RFQ to setup BPA for qualified automotive service providers to perform preventive and corrective maintenance for U.S. Embassy Quito GOVs
The U.S. Embassy in Quito is seeking qualified automotive service providers to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for preventive and corrective maintenance on its government-owned vehicle fleet. Services must be performed at the contractor’s licensed facility in Quito, covering a mixed fleet of Chevrolet, Dodge, Ford, Nissan, Renault, and other vehicles. The scope includes mileage-based preventive maintenance from 5,000 km to 100,000 km, as well as corrective repairs for major systems, all requiring prior approval of written estimates. A minimum 90-day labor warranty and full manufacturer warranty on parts are required, with work performed by certified technicians using OEM or equivalent parts. Proposals must be submitted electronically to Quitoprocurement@state.gov by 16H00 on May 29, 2026.
