The Embassy of the United States in Copenhagen, Denmark will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. The purpose of the solicitation will be to obtain painting services at multiple Residences in Copenhagen, Denmark. The successful offeror will be expected to perform the services in designated spaces. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with one-year option period, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract type with fixed unit prices. Please pay attention to a crucial requirement outlined in the DOSAR 652.242-73. This requirement mandates that all vendors possess the necessary licenses and permits to conduct business in Denmark. It is essential to ensure compliance with all Danish regulations and legalities to operate successfully in the country. Specifically, the Danish Tax authorities expect businesses to obtain a CVR number and fulfill tax obligations. You should review local laws before submitting a quotation. The Government is planning a pre-proosal conference and the date for this conference will be specified in the solicitation. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.
