The U.S. Embassy in Nicosia, Cyprus, plans to issue a solicitation in August 2026 for construction of the Lane Formation at the junction of Agiou Procopiou Street and Metochiou in Engomi, Nicosia. The solicitation is not yet available and will be posted on SAM.gov. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed-price contract awarded to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror, potentially without discussions. Contractors must be registered in SAM prior to submitting an offer, and proposals should be submitted both by mail and email to the contracting office. A pre-proposal conference is planned, with the date to be specified in the solicitation.
