Janitorial Services Solicitation

The U.S. Embassy in Nicosia, Cyprus, will issue a solicitation for janitorial services at its location, involving the daily cleaning of approximately 946,344 square meters per year. The anticipated performance period is for one base year plus four one-year option periods. The Government plans to issue the solicitation in October 2025. The contract will be firm fixed-price and awarded to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror. All contractors must be registered in the SAM.gov database prior to submitting an offer.
