Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Cyprus will launch the solicitation on the e SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov website when it is available. The Embassy of the United States in Nicosia will issue a solicitation for the provision of fuel delivery to residences and the Embassy. The estimated number of liters is 70,000 diesel and 25,000 of kerosene per year. Please note these are only estimated quantities. The anticipated performance is for a base period of twelve (12) months and two (2) one-year periods at the option of the Government. These requirements may change depending on funding availability in forthcoming periods. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. The Government plans to issue the solicitation in December 2024. The Government is planning a pre-proposal conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation. Prior to submitting a quote, Offerors shall be actively registered in System for Award Management (SAM) https://www.sam.gov per FAR 52.204-99 System for Award Management (Deviation). Registration instructions may be obtained, and online registration may be accomplished at www.sam.gov. By submitting a quote, the Offeror acknowledges the requirement to be registered in the SAM prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from the solicitation.
