US Embassy Yaounde Cellphone Services
The U.S. Embassy in Yaounde, Cameroon, requires complete mobile telephone services for approximately 500 official lines, including domestic and international calls, roaming, WAP, SMS, voicemail, data services, 24-hour customer service, and detailed billing. The contract is anticipated to be firm fixed price with a one-year base period and four one-year option periods, exercisable unilaterally by the Government. Offerors must comply with all Cameroonian legal and regulatory requirements, including those of the Telecommunication Regulatory Agency of Cameroon, and must be registered in SAM prior to submitting an offer. The solicitation is not yet issued and will be posted on SAM.gov; interested parties should monitor the site, and a pre-quotation conference is planned with the date to be provided in the solicitation. The Government may award based on initial offers without discussions, and electronic offers are permitted with hard copy also required, with offer emails not exceeding 30 MB.
