The U.S. Embassy in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo, requires a contractor to provide mobile telephone services. The contractor must prioritize 4G/LTE service with capacity for future 5G growth, ensuring the highest quality, uninterrupted connections. The contract includes standard monthly services and temporary additional services, such as daily cell phone and hotspot rentals for special events, which cannot be subcontracted. Any telephone numbers activated cannot be transferred outside the U.S. Government for at least 12 months after service cancellation. Payment will be made monthly for satisfactorily performed standard services.
