The American Embassy Kinshasa has a requirement for a firm to repair existing roofs of five office buildings and six standalone residences. This construction effort is estimated at USD 250,000 – USD 500,000 and needs to be completed by November 30, 2021, in the district of Kinshasa, DRC. This work consist of applying a solvent-based elastomeric roof coating and roof related repairs on the existing JAO GSO Office Building, CDC & PAO Office Buildings, JAO CAC, Consular Office Building, Consular CAC, and six standalone residences.
