The U.S. Embassy in Brazzaville requires the services of a contractor to perform exterior paint restoration services on about 700 square meters surface of the exterior wall of the embassy's recreational center. Areas to be restored include but are not limited to: the swimming pool area and all metal structures such as gates, grilles, poles, etc. Bids should include all labor,materials, equipment required to prepare surfaces and apply paint, debris/trash removal, transportation and services for completion of work outlined and shall be in accordance with US Standard construction industry practices
