The United States Embassy N'Djamena Chad has a requirement for medical insurance coverage plan. The anticipated performance is for a base year of twelve months and a four one-year periods at the option of the government. All responsible health insurance sources may submit an offer which will be considered. Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The United States Embassy N'Djamena will launch the solicitationon on beta.SAM.gov website when it is available. Please see the request for proposal (RFP) for the quotation due date and time. The government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The United States Embassy N'Djamena is planning a date for a pre-proposal conference to discuss the requirements of this solicitation. Electronic submission/responses will not be accepted. Please mail your offer to the contracting office listed in this notice prior to the response date and time.
