Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Cambodia will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. The requirement is for the provision of secure storage space, warehouse services and other logistical support services for the U.S. Mission in Cambodia in accordance with Section 1 - Description/Specifications/Work Statement of the solicitation. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The government is planning a pre-quotation conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation. All contractors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.2047. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations. This opportunity is subject to 52.229-12 - Tax on Certain Foreign Procurements. Electronic Submission/Responses: This opportunity allows for electronic responses. Please submit your offer prior to the response date and time. It is important to make sure the submission is made in specific size and format; in MS-Word 2007/2010 or MS-Excel 2007/2010 or Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format. The file size must not exceed 30MB. If the file size should exceed the 30MB, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 30MB each.
