This is a firm fixed-price contract to provide commercial kennel facilities and services for two canine dogs at the Bureau of Customs and Border Protection's Toronto Preclearance Port of Entry. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, and a secure facility, with 24/7 independent access for the assigned CBP Officer. The facility must also be capable of supporting potential future kennel needs.
