The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with three one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussions. The resultant contract will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract providing defined services in variable quantities at a fixed price.
